To realize this vision, the Municipality of Saint Bernard shall develop and implement holistic plans focusing on the agricultural sector as the primary engine for growth. We are committed to the protection and sustainable management of our natural resources to ensure the safety of current and future generations, while leveraging our unique landscapes and fertile soil to develop high-potential Eco-Agri tourism.

We envision Saint Bernard as the food valley, model for Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation with a competitive and sustainable Eco-Tourism industry in Eastern Visayas inhabited by healthy, literate, industrious, innovative, environment-friendly, God-loving, resilient and empowered citizenry living in an ecologically-balanced environment and safe community with self-sustaining and robust economy governed by firm, transparent, accountable, pro-active, morally and human right sensitive public servants.
